The easiest route to follow for those who don’t know the area is to approach from the National Route ( N2 ). From the N2 take exit 24 signposted to Beacon Bay. At the top of the off-ramp turn left, into Bonza Bay Main road. Stay on this road for just under4 kms. You will travel straight through two sets of traffic lights and then three mini-roundabouts. Pass the gym (looks like a castle) keeping it on your left and then the Kwikspar, also on your left. After 400m look for and follow the B&B sign, to the left, into Kiaat Road. Drive until you reach the fork in the road. Follow the B&B sign turning right into Plover Crescent. Take the next right into Flamingo Crescent. The Thatch is the second on the right, No. 37.
